Senior Advisor, European Patent Attorney, EU Trademark and Design Attorney
(born 1956), partner, graduated in 1980 from the Helsinki University of Technology with an M.Sc. in mechanical engineering. Mr. Helke worked as a patent examiner in the Finnish Patent Office in 1982-1983. After a short period of employment with the consulting engineers Enertek Oy, he founded the patent agency Kespat Oy in Jyväskylä. Mr. Helke is a patent attorney registered with the Finnish Patent Office and the European Patent Office. He is also registered as an attorney with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
